Contexto y Código is a personal blog. These are the rules of use, in plain language.

Reading is free

Anyone can read the articles without signing up and without paying. There are no paywalls and no reading limits.

Commenting

Commenting requires signing in with Google or GitHub. Doing so means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Comments may be deleted without notice when they are:

• Spam or advertising.
• Insults, harassment or incitement to hatred.
• Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's copyright.
• Other people's personal data published without their permission.

Repeated cases can get an account blocked. There is no formal appeals process: this is a personal blog, not a service.

Who owns what

The articles are mine. You may quote and link to them freely; to republish one in full, ask me first.

What you write in a comment remains yours. Publishing it gives me permission to display it on the site, and nothing more: it is not used for anything else and not passed to third parties.

No warranties

The content is published in good faith and revised when needed, but it may contain mistakes or become outdated. What you do with the information is your responsibility.

The service is offered as it is. There may be outages, and there is no commitment to availability or to keeping comments indefinitely.

Changes

If these terms change, the version published here is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site means accepting it.
